In the coutryside and by the pine forests of Central Finland is the premium quality honey produced. Dedicating to the most delicious creation of the nature and combining Finnish flavours with piety Apiarist Antti scultures the gold of the bees to pure joy of flavours.

Honey is the best nature offers us. Clean, healthy, delicious – the lightness and joy of the summer as sweet taste. Honey enriches the flavour and is irreplaceable support in cooking. Honey is the secret ingredient of the rich flavour.
High quality and Finnish ingredients
The most delicious pearl of the nature deserves worthy partners to the journey of flavours. That is why I’m never ready to bargain on the quality nor the amount of the ingredients in my products. High quality and Finnish origin are the cornerstones of my work. I’ve used years to improve the sea buckthorn gelee and it is only now that I feel I’ve succeeded.

The flavours of Ahontuvan Tarhat are real, special and full of joy. My dearest guests I offer bread cheese with sea buckthorn jelly. My own favourite is still garlic honey on top of roasted rye bread.

The light and joy of summer are stored in honey. Berries are real super food, that save vigour and vitamins of summer. In these products we have combined these two basic substances: honey and berries. Thanks to the berries being dried gently in low temperature their vitamins and especially flavor are stored in the berry honeys. In the berry honeys there is a generous measure of all good.

Perga
Perga (bee bread) is lactic acid fermented pollen that has been packed into the comb by the bees. Perga includes a lot of protein and provides the bees with protein and fat. Perga includes among other things omega 3- fatty acids (app. 1,60 g/100 g). One special ingredient that perga includes is tryptophan amino acid that is needed for construction of serotonin. Perga is found to improve sleep.
